I don't know why I tend to forget to bring my digital camera at times when I need it the most. Yesterday, boyfriend and I had a packed date. We went to a friend's wedding in the morning. Afterwards, we went to eat ice cream at Es Krim Ragusa. We wanted to try Ragusa's super famous ice cream since God-knows-how-long. Despite its crowded restaurant and poor service, Ragusa's ice cream really tastes good. Those people do not exaggerate a thing. We ordered spaghetti ice cream, my favorite, which tasted really milky and soft. We also ordered rum raisin ice cream which tasted a bit sour yet fresh. And lastly, we ordered orange float which tasted just so-so. Having fulfilled our crave for ice cream, we went to Izzi Pizza in Kemang to have a pizza fiesta. Although we "only" ordered two appetizers, namely Izzi's Cheese Doughballs and Soup of the Day and two main courses, namely Tuna Pizza and Fettuccine Con Funghi, we ordered way-too-many meals, I have to admit. I like the cheese doughball and the tuna pizza, while the fettuccine and the soup just tasted so-so. But I don't think they taste any different than those served in Pizza Hut. In fact, I have to say that Pizza Hut's taste way better. In total, we spent around IDR300k in Izzi. So, my overall review for Izzi Pizza is it is over-priced and so it is clear that there will be no second visit to Izzi Pizza. And oh by the way, boyfriend and I ended the day by hanging out at Dunkin' Donuts for some free internet connection. Such a restaurant-hopper, I know.
